(The link is to some geek-speak definition.) It happens when the routing tables on some device on your LAN don't match the actual LAN configuration. The ICMP "type 5" is a low-level network redirect. When you do the Test Connection do you have the UPnP checkbox enabled? Is the error message, "Cannot see your computer from the Internet"? What does the router's configuration page say about UPnP (is it enabled)?
